Check-out is at 12:00 noon, if guests wish to have a late stay, once there is availability of a room, not an arriving room, the hotel will accommodate their request.
Children policy:
No children under the age of 12, except Christmas/New Year period.

Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the one (1) night deposit. Changes in dates of stay should be advised 48 hours prior to arrival otherwise there will be a charge for 1 night.
Deposit required on booking: 1 night
Cancellation period: More than 14 days prior to arrival
Cancellation penalty: 1 night (if cancellation made within 14 days of arrival)
No Shows: The full amount charged
Changes in stay Dates: At least 24 hours required for guests on property to request changes in stay dates, otherwise 1 night will be charged.
